Best place for part Penske www.penskeparts.com
I normally don't say enough about good customer service and we usually only hear the bad stuff. I have got parts from penskeparts.com a couple times now and have had nothing but good experience. One time I even received some free candy with my order. This goes beyond free candy and I wanted share my brake part experience today with the group about Penske. They above and beyond and went out of their way to get my order out to me. Kudos to Penske on a job well-done. Below is part of an email from them...
"BMW/MINI failed to send me one of the bolts you needed overnight. I guess the order did not transfer over to California in time for shipment. I did, however, call BMW/MINI and ask for the specs on this specific part number. The stated that it was 6m X 14m by 1.0 pitch thread. I went to our local auto parts store and purchased the same spec bolts for you.
Because they are not BMW original bolts, I did issue your account a credit for the price you paid on line. I do believe that they will work for you. I did not want to hold up the order for such a minor part.
