I'm not sure if you can just purchase that logo and replace it.

Unfortunately, I think you'll probably have to replace the entire airbag module (which includes the cover with the logo). It's all one part, as far as MINI is concerned.

What year is your car, and which steering wheel do you have? 2 spoke or 3 spoke?

Go to realoem.com and you can find the part number. The one in the diagram above cost roughly $440. Then I'd call Classic MINI dealership in Cleveland OH, and tell them you want the NAM 10% discount!

You have to ask yourself how much it really bothers you.

When the emblem has issues and the MINI is still under warranty. The dealer replaces the air bag and blows the old one off in the parking lot.....no OEM replacement badges are available.

Yup, I can confirm that. The MINI emblem started getting blotchy on my 2-spoke wheel under the warranty period. They replaced the entire airbag assembly.

no need to replace the whole unit.

it's a simple process to remove the badge.
disconnect the battery. just take out the module, remove squib connections and undo the nuts on the back. remove the bag( it will keep it's folded shape) and the badge is just held in by a few tabs that are bent over.
i know this because i was the prototype engineer for the airbags when they were designed.

i also have prototype badges that are complete one offs if you have a cooper or cooper s. $100 each.
