Run Flat Tires

I have a 2007 MCS with 18k miles on it. Tires have been rotated once at 9k miles and will get another rotation and front end alignment this week. During my last service, the advisor told me I'd need new tires very soon. Checked the tred width check and there's quite a bit left; looks great. I'm wondering in a hot climate like AZ, how many miles should the run flat tires get? I was hoping for another 10k out of them.
Thanks!!

Way too many variables to really project. Probably best option is to take another depth reading after a few thousand miles so you can figure out how fast you are wearing through them. Then you should be able to calculate what kind of life you might get out of them.
