Roof/Rain gutters rusting problem

Hey all, I noticed that my rain gutter trim is rusting really bad. I would like to replace it before it gets any worse. My question is, is this an easy DIY project? Or do I have to take it to the dealersip to fix? What materials do I need, and where do I get it?

THANK YOU in advance,

(I have attached some pictures of the rusting as well)

They are very easy to take off. just remember there are screws behind the door seals up top.

That doesn't look like rust to me. The drip rails are plastic. They do, however, look dirty... .which is normal and cam be cleaned with a tooth brush.

Is this the same replacement?

http://www.minimania.com/web/Item/MT633/InvDetail.cfm

I am not sure if it is rust, but the plastic is literally coming off on the inside and underneath is a metal like structure.

Is there a step by step and list of material for this DIY?

Thank you!

I gave my local Mini Dealer a call and they told me it was going to run me $79 per side I need to replace and I would have to purchase 6 clips per side. The total was going to run me over $200.

I found this site that sells the Roof molding for $59 and clips but I'm not sure which clips I will need.

Any Help is much appreciated!
