Hi everyone,
I have 2010 MCS with 2K miles. I noticed couple days ago metallic grating, jingling coming (I think) from under the hood when I'm starting to release clutch and start to move. It is on low rpms. I can't hear no sound when it pass 3K rpms or so. Then it repats on all gears. There is all the time no matter cold or hot engine.
I don't know, but it could come from turbo, a/c (i just started to use) or some other metal parts. It sounds as I'm driving some junk. And there is no warning light and no error sign.
My only mods is NM Cold Air Intake (instaled 1 month before I noticed anything).
My questions are:
Does Cold Air Intake affects to some other parts?
Should I go with my car to dealership service?
If so do i have to go back to stock intake before visit at service (could they tell me that's because of that and not check anything)?
Does service can say that cold air intake void warranty?

It could be any of the parts you have added. maybe something has come loose.

I found I had a loose plate on the ucnerside of my car that drove me nuts for about 2 weeks trying to figure it out. It is there merely to hold up the exhaust if one of the hanger brackets fails. The plate has four screws in it an all were loose.
