Radio gone silent

Hi everyone,

I just purchased a 2010 MCS a week ago, and something has happened to the H/K radio. My radio is silent on both AM & FM mode. No crackling, humming or any noise at all. I tried scanning through the channels and it just scans and scans for stations, but its as if it isn't getting any signal.

My iPod and Bluetooth work fine; only the radio is silent. Any ideas?

Sounds like somehow your antenna has come loose or something. Not sure if you can DIY check that or not. Since its a new car take a trip back to the dealer and have them fix it.

Sounds more like the radio tuner has died than an antenna problem even with the antenna disconnected at the Head Unit you should get some hiss or static on AM at least.

Head for the dealer is my suggestion.
