Blow out on hose from water pump to flange

Blow out on hose from water pump to flange
The short hose (11517829913) going from the water pump to the flange on the engine block on my '03 R50 coupe blew out over the weekend. What do I have to do to replace it? Is this something a dealer must replace?

No helper's on this thread. The water hose from the back of the water pump to the flange on the engine block ballooned and split. Removed the fuel intake to get to it.
