Low Water Temp/High Intake Air Temps

Hey guys, just curious what could be the cause of my car running with lowww water temps and HIGH intake air temps.. My far IS broken and will be replace asap but my IATs can reach 170F+ in stop and go traffic, so it must be more than just the fan.. thanks
