Why not just replace the clamp (part # 17)?

looking for the chat on the stopped up drain line draining the condenser in the dash through the floor.

My problem is the drip line from the in-dash condenser may be plugged up but I cannot find the line.

What else could cause a dripping sound as you drive down the highway with the AC on?

My clamp seems to be well padded with the black rubber/plastic from the factory.
