Can't get it started

HELP! I am the proud owner of a 2006 Mini convertible, I bought it new. The car has been a dream until November when the battery died. I bought a new battery and 3 weeks later, the battery was dead again. (We live in Alabama and our nearest Cooper dealer is Nashville.) I took it to the Cooper service department in Nashville (where I had bought it) only to have them tell me I needed to buy a BMW battery. I did and in less than a week after returning home the battery was again dead. My car has been up at the Cooper service department in Nashville since Christmas week. Today they told me they have check every electrical draw on the car and can find nothing wrong and are ready for me to take the car home. I need help!!!! They don't have a clue what is wrong and are perfectly happy to send me out the door with the car not fixed since it is no longer under warranty. If anyone has or has had this problem please help me.

I would have them check the charging system. Somthing they should do anyways before replacing the battery.
