Car sat, now won't start, NEED HELP

pull the belt and crank it again .(without starting it) . also a prior poster on another thread had a similar issue and it turned out to be his p.s. fan seized .
see if it's free and a/c is off so the p.s. fan wont try to spin right away . if it's an a/c sheave or alternator sheave or idler or whatever , pulling the belt will tell .
