Clock not working.

I have an 03 mini cooper and had to have the power steering pump replaced. The battery cable was removed and now the clock is not working. Anyone had this problem? And a fix? I am going to take it back to the repair shop, not a mini shop, and see if they have any thoughts, but here is where I went first. Just thinking there may be a quick fix. The face of the clock is light, but no numbers.

Thank you,

Randy

Clock Fix

I am new to this forum and just purchased a 2003 Mini Cooper S last week and I had the same problem. The orange glow is to light the display. To make the clock function I discovered a blown fuse in the drivers side kick panel fuse block. It was a 5 amp fuse on the left column third from top. The fuse description label in the cover looks like a clock. Probably too late for this post but may help others later. There is a row of spare fuses to the far left you can use.
