I was wondering if the Power Steering pump if it fails will shut off the fan or if the fan fails will it shut off the pump. Is it smart enough to shut down and save it self.

 

not sure, and no . the fan can shut down and give no protection . do a search and get part # for spal fan i posted my experience . you gotta splice it in but it's a way better fan and the price is better . A1 electric 4" fan # 30103018
