Vibration on driver side window

Vibration on driver side window
Ok, so i searched and didn't find anything for this specific problem.
When my window is totally up I can hear it vibrate (it rattles) with every imperfection on the street, but if the windows is totally down or halfway it doesn't rattle. Anyone know how to fix it? or what can be wrong with it?
