Window Operation not smooth.

My Mini Coopers driver window is sticking like crazy. When it goes up and down, it's not smooth at all.

It's like it studders..

Any ideas to fix that?

Mine does this too. No idea how to fix though! I also get those ugly streaks no matter how good i clean her.

a simple easy fix is to spray/wipe silicon on the seal strips(without getting too much on the window), more hard is to rebuild the mechanism

Mine does this more when it is humid. I guess the outside window seal gets sticky. No attempt at a solution yet.

Steve: Mine too. Only when it's hot! When it's cold, the operation is fine.
