Switch bank gone bad ?

About a week ago my passenger door lock stopped working, via electronics; i.e. switch, or remote. Could still lock it manually and feels fine in that regard. Figured it is the lock module inside the door, and thought no big, i will replace it when i see fit.

Well yesterday the window stopped working. Randomly, just like the door lock. Thankfully it did so with the window up.

About 3 weeks ago some 'special' to me made a booboo and rolled backwards while the DRIVERS door was open and it caught pretty badly on a poll at a gas station. No very visible damage and everything lines up correctly, so no harm no foul.

I have an IANs auto-up and thought maybe it had come loose, negative, even w/o in there i have the same exact problems.

Could the door on the drivers side opening to the extremely and contact the wireloom going into the jam effect the passenger side ? I know some cars where that would be very likely the problem, but they also have switches in the door.

So what do you guys think ? I have a feel it is the switch bank causing the problems.

Thanks

-Ken

The window motor failure might just be that, un-related to the other issue.
Normal trick is to try opening/closing the window while at the exact same time hitting the door panel, below the upper speaker and handle. This will jolt the motor and the power to it will get it turning again, for a while.

Also.
Does it dip when you open the door - if so, then it's not the motor (ignore above); but if it doesn't dip it's likely the motor (or the BC1 module) - and not the switches.

Well i went out and messed with it a little.

Also something i forgot to mention here, is that a few months back the driver for the H/K system stopped working.

Anyways, played around with the wire-loom (on the inside) going to the door and the window started working.. Before that though it was not moving at all even when opening or shutting.
