Spun #1 bearing, engine rebuilding....HELP

I live in Southern California. My job takes almost ALL of my time(due to being on call and traveling alot). My 2003 R53 MCS spun the #1 bearing. I will accept the blame since I drove it 3500 miles past the recommended 10k(all my miles were highway though) and it may have been 1 QT. low.

This is where I need everyones help.

I might just turn the crank and get the new oversized bearings and check the #1 rod for stress marks. But, I haven't mic'd it yet and will be doing so this weekend. If I do this, where can I get new Connecting Rod Bearings for a great price??? I know my main bearings are fine. The engine only had 44k miles on it.

If the MIC shows up bad, I will need a new or used crank or a shortblock engine. ANYONE know of any places I could get these in So Cal. I'm willing to drive.

Hopefully the Mic'ing of the crank will be fine and I can just get the connecting rod spots turned.

I miss my car, its been sitting for 4 months. My jobs had me travelling crazy. I've been having to drive my truck for the very few days that I am home each month. Any help is appreciated.
