Fluid Leak 2005 MC

I just got a 2005 MC with 26K miles that I am in love with. Today I noticed small puddles underneath the front passenger side of the engine compartment. I don't have access to a lift so before she goes to the dealer(still covered under warranty ) can any of you tell me where this fluid is coming from shown in these pics? Wish my arm were longer!

Looks like fluid from the pass side motor mount. Open the hood and look at the frame rail, you'll probaly see it running down the rail. Common problem just need to replace the motor mount.

Thanks Miniguru, the passenger side motor mount was the first place I looked after reading lots of "leak threads" but that area is clean. Here are a couple of more pics to the left of pic 1000949 where you can see a rubber boot and the beginning of a shaft. I am thinking this could be the left drive shaft? If it is could it be the drive shaft, or is there something else in that area that could be leaking?

Check the oil filter housing. It could be leaking or the oil cooler on the housing. If the oil was recently changed the o-ring on the filter lid may be split and leaking. Or it could be as simple as the filter being loose.

I just got the car several weeks ago, supposedly the dealer did their "checklist", not sure if they changed the oil. I know it was a lease return before I got it and from the vin a Mini servicer could tell me that it was up to date on maintenance. I guess I will see what the dealer says when it goes in next week. Thanks for your responses!

It looks to me like it the anti freeze I was under my car last week and saw the same brown watery oily stuff in the same spots and I was sure I was leaking oil from some where. then my friend who is super king **** mini owner, but also extreamly smart told me to look at the anti freeze in the fill tank, and sure enuff it brown-oily-watery stuff. Mine leaks from the cap and goes down the headder heat shield all over the bottom of my car. I guess it a common problem for the fill tank to leak at the cap or at the middle of the tank.
