I was getting something similar and found my negative battery cable to be loose. It was an intermittent problem and the cable seemed fine, once I tightened it the problem went away. Just sharing my issue- hope it helps.

First, thanks for not yelling anymore. Caps Lock is not our friend.

As for your problem, how old is the battery? Is it the original one?
MINI batteries have a habit of failing after 3 or 4 years, and as they begin
to fail, they cause strange electrical gremlins to appear. If it's the OEM battery, get it to a shop and have it load tested.

Have you tried swapping out the fuses, just to be sure? Sometimes the ATO-type fuses can melt down below the little window. The fuses still looks good, but...
A small box of mixed fuses is a good investment, and at least someplace to start. You can't easily pinpoint what the cause is, so the next best thing is to begin eliminating what isn't wrong. It's a painfully slow process, but without test equipment, there aren't many other options.

do you have sunroof? check to see if theres any water leaking form the sunroof drains into either side of the front kickpanels. the right side(pass.) has the BC1(body control module) and the left side has a big(30+ pin) connector that sends voltage to the dash components.

you may have water/corrosion ont hose components.
good luck!
