HELP! Need Brake Booster Repair Instructions!
We haven't bought a repair manual yet, and my husband is wanting to replace my brake booster tomorrow.
If anyone can assist with the instructions, that would be AWESOME!!

Here goes!
Remove both windshield wiper arms.
Remove Battery and Battery Box.
Release Battery box cover clips.
Remove cover.
Disconnect neg battery lead, then positive.
Detach vent hose.
remove battery hold down retaining screws and retainer.
Lift out battery.
Remove ECU by lifting up, then slide connector locking mechanisms to release connectors.
remove battery box retaining bolts.
Disconnect harness clips from bottom of box.
Remove box
Remove master cylinder.
Using a clean syringe, empty resevoir.
detach brack fluid resevoir connections (electrical and clutch master cylinder fluid line)
Remove resevoir hold down screw and pull resevior up.
Both brake lines on left of master cylinder.
electricla harness connector for DSC system if equipped.
Master cylinder mounting nuts.
Pull cylinder forward off booster.
Manual reccomends new o-rings (to booster, and two to the resevoir).
Brake fluid reservoir to master cylinder torqe = 31 IN-lbs
Brake lines to master cylinder torque = 10 ft-lb
Brake master cylinder to brake booster torque = 15 +/- 2 ft-lb
Pull down on knee bolster inside car, unclip and remove.
remove brake pedal clevis pin clip and pull out pin.
remove brake booster mounting nuts.
Remove coolant expansion tank and power steering reservoir mounting nuts, pull resevoirs forward and secure.
Remove 6 plastic bulkhead mounting screws (4 on plastic, two on resevoir support arms to heat shield)
Remove plastic buulkhead retaining screws by passenger strut tower.
Release fuel pipe from retaining clip.
Peel of right side bulkhead rubber seal (top of plastic bulkhead)
Lift out plastic bulkhead.
Detach brake lines from ABS/DSC module. Watch out for drips.
Loosen wiper assembly.
Slide wiper assembly to right (detach ground cable at bulkhead).
Now you get to remove the booster!
