Hoodscoop melt after 5k miles... take out CAI and strut?

i know this has been mentioned before but i was wondering if i should take out all my aftermarket parts off when i go see the dealer... its only a strut bar and a DIY cai... like... there is noo way any of those things could have caused it to melt...

it would be a PITA to take it off but if its nessesary... i dont have a choice

any help
thanks!

went to the dealership with cai and strut bar but the manager wasnt there so they couldnt do anything. i think it was a sign from the mini god telling me to take the stuff out. better safe than sorry i guess....

i never thought my hoodscoop would melt but noo... it just had to happen. saving money for the m7 preintercooler pipe but i guess heatshield comes first...
