Concerns/Issues with MY07 MCS

I'll make this very brief and expound further if necessary. I took delivery of my 2007 MCS in June of 2007, and now July 2008 this vehicle has been at the dealership for one repair or another 4 separate times. 3 times specifically for the Air Conditioner not working, not blowing cold air or both. On one of those ocassions, the last one, the dealer said they simply forgot to plug the air conditioner back into the compressor after fixing the issue. Yet, the Air Conditioner still does not work (Does not get cold at all).

In short, I love the car and want the issue resolved, but due to the nature of my lifestyle (Video Game Developer, late work nights, tight deadlines), it's really difficult and troublesome (as I'm sure it is with anyone) to constantly be bringing the car to the dealership over and over. Do I have any ground to stand on to seek a replacement vehicle or for them to buy back my vehicle? I would rather simply get a replacement vehicle, as I love the MINI (it's not the MINIs fault!) :D

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

So they gave it back to you saying the A/C worked but it didn't? Call Mini USA and complain and tell them you're calling the Better Business Bureau next if they can't fix you car, they owe you a fixed car!
