Does it just pull out?

I gave it a good yank but had no dice. Does it just pull?

Are you talking about the wires that go into the rear wiper motor? If so there is a tab that needs to be pushed in to release the harness.

No, I'm talking about the relay that is located on the fuse panel in the engine compartment. It's a black, squareish relay.

From: Washington. No, the other one.
Relays basically plug in. No locking tabs or such. Sometimes a small, thin-bladed screwdriver slipped underneath to gently pry up will help.
Important!: Make sure you don't stick it in far enough to short out any of the prongs with each other. Once it's started, wiggling it side to side while pulling should get it out.
