Driver's Seat stuck forward - 06 MCS

The drivers seat has been sticking a bit in the last few weeks, I was just giving it a tug and it would go back but today it got stuck, stuck...
I was on a MINI run and some of the guys got it un-stuck but the back is off and it all needs to be put back together.
I want it to be checked out so it doesn't happen again.
I tried calling NWMini today but got no help and no call back which I am VERY disappointed about...

Anyone know anything about this problem?

Did you try using a bit of spray lube on the seat rails? I've never had an issue with my seat, though I haven't moved the driver's seat in a few years. Let me just say that the passenger seat functions properly.

From: Washington. No, the other one.
Is it sticking after you move the seatback forward to get into the back or whenever you adjust the seat forward and backward?

It happened when I pulled the seat forward, it was the seat back that was stuck. It moved fine back and forth in the rails.

It was stuck due to a little tab in the mechanics of the seat. The guy who got it unstuck used a phillips screwdriver to push this little tab out and get it adjusted back to where I could drive it again, thank goodness.
I am taking it to the dealer later this week to have it looked at.
Thankfully it is still under warranty.

I also have a couple other issues I need them to look at...
