Replacement Xenon Washer Jets

A fellow MINI owner is in need of the Washer Sprays for the Xenon headlamps. He has the Lights but in this case, (not sure why) he did not recieve the washers. 
Does anyone have Part numbers or some where to ask for a replacement? The MINI dealers said "it only comes with a complete Xenon lamp set, and you can't get it seperately". Is that true? I really hope not. Please prove him wrong

How did he get the lights but not the washers unless someone took a set of halogen lights from a MINI and placed a HID capsule in with a halogen base (which would be stupid and quite possibly illegal for road use)?
If he got these from eBay he needs to send 'em back for a refund.
From looking under the hood of my xenon-equipped MCS I wouldn't be surprised if it only comes as one unit. The reflector unit + HID control/ballast unit + washer all looks pretty tightly integrated into one package.
On the other hand, perhaps I am misunderstanding the situation -- he got the HIDs and the ring aroung the lights has the cutout for the washers but the washers are missing? If that's the case, then it would seem they are removable parts and therefore you should be able to order them separately. Have the parts guy at the dealer look it up and take a look at the exploded diagram on the computer and see if the washers have separate part numbers.

That's a good idea. He got them as a replacement for a previous hood (another SUV backed into a MINI story) and for some reason it had those missing but Xenon's were in the hood already.
I thought maybe he could rig up the turn signals to use the empty spots.
