Right side brake light out

Right side brake light out
Has anyone had a problem with one side of the brake lights going out? I have lost the right side brake light on my 2004 MCS. I have checked the bulb and it is good. It doesn't seem to have any electricity flowing through the brake wire. Any ideas? One little note, I did have the extra brakelight jumpered.
