Emmissions Light after installing the Alta CAI ??

Hi guys, A few months ago I installed the ALTA CAI, I was really happy with it, drove my car for around 30 Milles, parked the car and a few hours later when I drove my car again, after 5 minutes driving...The Emissions Light went on. Since then, it has always been like that. I took it to the BMW twice, they cheked the fault codes but everything seems OK, they turn it off, but once I drive my car again it turns on (over 3500 RPM). Do you guys know why this happens all the time??..

Vacuum leak

When you switched to your new CAI did you plug the vacuum source for JCW CAI's flap at the bypass valve? If not, you have a vacuum leak to deal with.
