How do I fix this?

I don't know if you can tell from the pictures, but the stock auto shifter **** in my car is peeling and cracking. I really want to either get it replaced or have a cover to put over it. Any ideas/suggestions? Please let me know. Thanks in advance!

I believe I saw one for sale cheap at MOTD used parts table. I believe "Mini2Go" had it for sale. Maybe give him a pm and asked him if he still has the one for sale or least if he knows how hard it is to change.

If you don't mind loosing the chrome, get some autobody vinyl and cover over that part.

It looks like just a thin film of chrome over plastic.

The only way to fix it would be to either get another one or just peel it all off.

Hope this helps.
