Hello fellas,

One of my bulbs were flickering, then i turned it off and it would not turn back one. Highbeam still works, so heres the question:

Would this more or less likely be a faulty bulb OR igniter/ballast

Is there a way to tell if a bulb is dead, looks the same as my other bulb..

 

swap the bulbs and try.. fast easy way to tell whats working....

 

Okay, i switched the bulb and it still didn't fire up.


any estimates on whether this would be a ballast or ignitor problem?
