Beltline clips broken

Hey all,

Was getting out of the car this morning and noticed that the beltline (that trim that runs around the exterior of the car below the windows etc) is popped out on the back side near the rear window. It looks as if someone from the grocery store bumped into it and something got caught under it. The clip is broken and it almost looks as if it is not ligning up properly. Granted, I pushed it back and it's not THAT noticeable, but you can still tell. I've tried searching but can't find a way to fix the clips (nor by looking at it do I see HOW to replace it, looks to be molded to the body).

Any help is appreciated!

Well I have been searching for an answer to this also. Mainly because I want to remove the beltline to paint it body color. I have searched and it appears that the beltline pulls off. Now I haven't tried it and by the state of the responses I assume no one else has either. You might want to give it a try and see what happens. When my tint is done drying I will give it a try and let you know how it goes.

I hear it pops straight up and it's best to use a non-metal tool.
