Spray away. Let it soak and hope that it doesn't break.
Good Luck.

Spray it with P-Blaster and let it soak for a day. Spray the other three also. Buy a replacement or four. Apply a vise-grip plier and unscrew it...install a new one with a tiny amt of antisieze on the threads only.

Bleeder Valves are available from the dealer.

34-11-1-160-190 is the part #

You may be able to pick one up at an auto parts store too. Size is M10x1.

It unscrews but be careful you don't break it. Let it soak a bit with Blaster and use a vice grip to gently unscrew it. If you break it is a much bigger job.

Get 4 stainless Speed Bleeders and they will not only be strong but it makes bleeding or changing fluid a snap even with no help.

Also while you're at it get the right wrench for the job and next time they won't round off. A 6 point bleeder wrench is the way to go. What were you using when it rounded off?

What size Speed Bleeders? I have not seen them list an application for the MINI.
I really like to use Speed Bleeders as it make changing the fluid a one person job.

Where can I get a bleeder screw for the clutch? I just went to the dealer and the dude at the counter said that I had to buy a whole new clutch slave cylinder for 75 dollars . I have a hard time believing that I can't just get a bleeder screw from them but whatever.

If none is available and if someone knows the specs, I can machine my own.

Not sure but I believe the bleeder screw for the clutch is plastic.

It is most definitely plastic. I've taken it off completely. Just curious but what made you think I thought the screw was plastic?

You said you could machine your own. Don't know of many that can do a good job machining plastic. Aren't both the clutch slave and the bleeder screw plastic?

Machining plastic is pretty straightforward. Yes, both are plastic.
