Loving my MCS, but one question; I read elsewhere on this site that cars built after 6/02 are pre-wired for the Mini alarm. My car was built 7/02. My dealer tells me that my car, and the cars they are currently gettiong are still not pre-wired, except thoe few that are starting to come with the alarm factory installed.
My qusetion then, is have others of you received this same info and has anyone ventured into the aftermarket for an alarm?
