Does this mean it's time for injectors? I've never had this problem before and all of a sudden it's happening almost everytime i drive. I didn't add any new mods to the car yet. Anyone have this happen to them?

No! You should find the problem, not cover it up. Could be a VAC leak or 02 sensor..

I just put a brand new 02 sensor in last week so i don't think its that. I'll check all my connections again. Is there any common spots where it might be leaking from?

Well...If this has occured since the 02 install, I'd look carefully at what you did...Sensor could be faulty, though that's rare...

I had a check engine light ever since i got my header installed. When i used my scanner it said 02 sensor bank 1. I looked under the car to see that when the guy installed my header he plugged in the 02 connection than started to screw in the sensor. The wires were wound up so tight that the black wire broke off. I replaced that sensor and everything was fine for about 5 days. Then one day as i was driving it came on.

Just put in my Volt exhaust that is much quiter than my straight pipe. To my surprise, i heard a hissing noise coming from my Methanol Tank. One of the vacuum lines wasn't sealed all the way! I am about to do another test drive to see if i still hear the hissing noise but i think that's it.
