Brake light warning while driving

I had posted the following on the atlantamini board. Dropping here to see if anyone else has experienced this. I did check the fluid level and it is still at the line;

Brake light warning while driving

I think Boots has gotten the flu in this cold weather. Two times yesterday on the way home, the warning light came on as if the emergency brake was on. Did it again this morning on the way to work. The handle itself feels "loose" before the first click. Some of the roads I travel are rough, so I assumed it had bounced up after hitting a bump, but was still all the way down. When it happened this morning, I came to a stop light, pulled the e-brake all the way up, and let it back down. Still on. Light changed to green, and after driving for a couple seconds it went away. Weird. Anyone else? I drive with ASC off, and when the brake warning light goes away, the symbol for the ASC being off comes up in its place.

Also, the no-washer-fluid-warning ding has come on while driving. Usually, I get the ding a little after the car has started and then never again until next shutdown/startup. Yesterday it ding'd twice on the road, around the same time as the e-brake warning.
