Car not starting, 3 DTC Codes...

So I went out this morning to head to work and my car won't start. It sort of sputtered a bit like it was going to catch, so I stopped cranking in hopes that if I tried again it would, nothing. Now it's just cranking, doesn't seem to want to catch at all.

The 3 DTC's I got were

P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor 'A' Circuit.
P0031 H02S BANK 1 SEN 1
P0037 HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low

Any ideas? Last night we drained the oil and installed an oil pressure and oil temp gauge, but I can't see what that has to do with any of this. It seems unusual that the Cam Position sensor would just die, my car only has 20,000 miles on it. Also from what i've been reading the car typically will still start when they go out.

I cleared all the codes and cranked it again to see if those were old codes and it threw them all again. It's got to be something linked to all 3 sensors... fuse maybe? Relay?

Fixed it... It was an engine electronics fuse. The starter power wire hit the heat shield or something.
