Does anyone know the crankshaft grind specs for a 04 MCS? I spun the #1 rod bearing in my 04 MCS. The shop I gave the crank to be turned called AERA but the specs they gave them do not match the crank. It looks like I can use 10 thousands bearnings, if I can get the correct grind specs. If I can not get the specs I will have to get a new crank.

 

if you can't get them from your local dealer; try p.m.ing mario kart i think he may have done his crank when he lost #1 . then try endyn .

 

end float is ; .090 to .240 mm
bigend journal is 43.992 to 44.008 mm .
main journal ; 47.922 to 48.008 mm .
big end clearance' .023 to .067 mm .
main clearance .020 to .058 mm
bently is good but the haynes has all the rebuild stuff . luck .
