I know maybe this is not the perfect section to publish this but I can't find a better one. My window tint installer, which usually does a great job, did a scratch on my rear window with his install knife, noticeable, specially for me that know is there.
Have anyone used efectively a scratch remover system before ?? which one ?? I really appreciate your usual good information.

Um, I'm pretty sure the tint shop owes you a new window.

 

That would be my response as well, they either repair it to new condition or replace it. If they damage it, they have to fix it, that's what they have insurance for.

 

I tried this before, and it is next to impossible. Even the glass company I called doesn't repair scratches. The tint installer scratched the window because he probably wasn't using a stainless steel blade. My friend (tint installer) said they don't scratch the windows. Get them to replace the window. They screwed up.

 

OK pals, problem solved, installer responded, insurance pays.
