Dose anyone have any creeking sounds coming from the dash/ windsheild where it meets the firewall. When I go over almost any bump I get a creeking sound from the top of the dash. I can reproduce this sound by pushing down on the dash where it meets the windsheild.
Please, has this occured to any other R56's?

 

My car started to do that after the techs did some warranty and recall work.

Maybe a little strategic silicone will help?

 

Common MINI issue across all generations.

There is a fix... involved some felt discs wedged under the dash up near the windshield (or strategicly placed where the rattle/creek is most noticable).

It's not rocket sceience if you can pinpoint where its coming from.
