Why No Aftermarket Motor Mount?

With all of the reports of motor mount failures, my '05 included, why can I not find an aftermarket solution from one of the vendors supplying parts for our MINIs? I know of at least one person that has replaced his 4 TIMES!
Or, is there one out there and I just haven't heard about it? I do have the TSW engine damper...now, but I also have oil spots on the side of my engine.
Any thoughts?

Ireland Engineering has poly urethane motor mounts.

enologuy: I am considering TSW dampers for my 06 JCW. what can I expect? what cauesd the oil spots on the side of your engine?
