Here are all the final details for our upcoming holiday party:

January 17th, 2004 3pm-6:30pm

Here’s the food/drink details:
The club will be barbequing hamburgers and turkey burgers and will provide chips and soda for everyone. Alcohol is BYOB.
If your last name begins with A-M, please bring a small side dish, snack, or salad. If you are O-Z, please bring a desert dish. Write your name on your dish so you can retrieve it at the end of the party. This arrangement has produced some great dinners in the past and this time should be no different.

The raffle will be $2 per entry (one entry per attendee), so please bring $1’s if you can. Here is the list of prizes for the raffle:
One Phil Wicks Driving Academy Track Day
One 1/6th scale Radio Control MINI
One $50 gift certificate for parts/accessories from MINI of STL
Assorted prizes from MiniMania
One custom-made piece of jewelry

As an added bonus, anyone from the club will be able to get in free to Pops later that evening. One of our members, Les Jenkins, will be the opening DJ for a Beatle cover band called British Export. The band does Beatles tunes in costume, which sounds very cool! Anyway, anyone from the club is welcome to come to Pops and have a good time. Just mention that you are in the St. Louis Mini Club and you will get in free. http://www.popsrocks.com/british.html

I think that covers everything. If you haven’t already RSVP’d, please e-mail me and let me know that you will be coming. It should be a great time. If anyone has questions, just let me know. Motor On!

Aaron

Thanks Aaron and the Smalls for hosting a great holiday party. Jenna and I both had a great time (as usual). We are looking forward to the next stlmini event.

Thanks to Aaron for organizing a great party! And to Ava & Harvey for being such gracious hosts. Gary & I had a wonderful time & enjoyed talking to everyone. I just hope Priscilla & Drake don't have a bad night from all the treats they enjoyed Thanks again

Lois & Gary

ps Louie enjoyed schmoozing with all of his buddies even though it was a little wet outside.

I'm glad everyone had a good time. It was a lot of work, but well worth it! I am now counting the days until:
1. The first Formula One race of the season (my sport of choice)
2. The first Track Day!

Williams BMW will win the championchip this year, I hope!
