Winery Run Addition
A "BUG RUN" will be held in conjunction with the winery run. There will be small bulls eyes available to tape anywhere on your car. Awards will be given to the driver with a bug closest to the center of the bulls eye, the most bugs on the the bulls eye, and the most color full bug. The decision of the judges will be final! THANKS TO ALL
I just wanted to thank all the people who participated in the 6th Annual Saint Louis MINI Club run to the Louis P. Balducci Winery. On a gray and drizzly day we had 27 cars on the run and raised $730.00 for BACKSTOPPERS.
Special thanks goes out to: DAVE WHITE = our fast group leader, LINDA WIEDMAN & METTA BAKER = for their help before and during the raffle, BILL TURNER = our “official” photographer, and MIKE WOMACK = our liaison with MINI of St. Louis.
I hope everyone had as much fun at the event as I did in planning it…SEE YOU AT THE PICNIC, OCT. 5th !
Cheers,

I'm envious. Sounds like it was a great time for everyone!
(Doug, Pat Corrigan says "hi." I just returned from a trip with her.
)
Sounds like you all had fun
Sorry we missed it.
We managed to get just about all the balloons off the ground, except the BIG BUNNY
The sun was actually out most of the day over Forest Park
Maybe next year, the events won't fall on the same day

Thanks Doug for organizing the Balducci Rallye at the last minute
. Even though I came MINI-less I still had a great time, except my Jeep can't handle those twisties very well
, but I'm sure "Rupert" will be able to teach him a few moves when he gets here in October
It was good to see so many Illinois members attend this event - we need to get our heads/cars together and see what we can come up with to entice the Missouri members to come and play in our back yard
