What are your plans? How long do you want the car for? Any cost to the owner? R U working w/BMW on this project? Will your work in any way alter the factory warranty?

It appears that MINI USA thinks that putting aftermarket wax on the car affects the warranty

Peter, depending on how long you need it and what kind of testing needs to be done, I'm up for it. My car is a late-'03 build 2004 model Cooper S. I currently have the bypass valve disconnected and there is no yo-yo, but before I did this the car had noticeable yo-yo. Anyway, drop me a PM if ya need me.

regards,

amir

I would say this about warranty and our fix.....it's not detectable, period.

Zamirz, love to use your car but need one that has not been fiddled with
