I hear ya. I have/had the same issue. They've had our money for 3 months and no product. And on top of it, you have to make an appointment with the DMV to go pick them up....

I ordered mine March or so of last year, received the letter in mail in June of last year, I just walked into the DMV and waited to pick them up.

Haha! Neener neener! I got mine in two days ago.

I stopped rushing to the mail box after I read that the plates will be a long time. Then the other day I got the postcard in the mail.. Went to the DMV and picked them up.

I went to the Esco DMV and only waited 10 minutes to pick them up. Forget about making an app. When you go in they give out different numbers for different things. To just get plates you should only wait a short time.

I ordered my R55 PNL plates on Jan 24th..

The DMV said today that due to the lockdown at Folsom Prison a while back, all personalized plates will take a bit longer, and thank you for your patience...

"I'm stuck in Folsom Prison.. and time keeps ramblin' on!"

So, the wait in CA is still around 3 months? I ordered mine on April 17th and still no sign of receiving it soon.

I ordered mine at AAA on 3/22 and got them June 20 - they said the inmates had been in lockdown so much they fell behind in their job duties

come on guys
it takes a long time to get the plates made by the inmates!
they need breaks, lunch, work out time etc............
ordered a set in mar, got a turn down letter in may saying i was a copycat,
ordered another slightly different version in may , still no plates???
