This afternoon I witnessed the not-too-long after effects of a run in between a truck and a little Cabrio at the corner of MLK and... something (Gwinnett, perhaps?)

If it's anyone here, my condolences

 

Ooh ouch! Hope the owner is ok....what colour was it?

 

Twas Purple Haze, with black bonnet stripes. I'm tempted to say it was an MCS, but I wouldn't bet the farm on it. It was a front-end collision with a truck, and police had the entire north-bound section of MLK blocked off (just around the accident). There was a woman standing near-ish the MINI, talking to an officer, and I assumed she was the owner.

Couldn't figure out how it happened, though -- if the truck turned into the MINI or vice versa.
