Florida's Fun Roads

I moved down to Florida in January 2011 from Indiana. Florida definitely seems to lack twisties that we have up north. I live in Jacksonville area, so I'm curious as to if anyone knows of any fun roads to drive around on? Doesn't have to be in Jacksonville specifically, (but if you know any in Jax let me know) or could be anywhere in Florida. Also is there any good autoX courses or road courses in Florida that people should check out?

Post up a link to the google maps address or whatever is easier.
I'm interested, and I'm sure a few others would like to know as well.

I guess you didn't move to FL for the curvy roads with elevation changes. Sorry, I can't help with finding those.

You can get autocross and road course info from your local SCCA, found by going to www.scca.com. You're at the northern tip of Central Florida Region, and just south of Buccaneer Region.

The major sports car courses in FL (from closest to farthest from you) are Daytona, Sebring, Moroso, and Homestead. I don't know about smaller venues, except Roebling Road (near Savannah), which is closer to you than any of the FL tracks I mentioned except Daytona.

I cant say there are many twisty roads here in Jacksonville, however, we do drive around and have found some good places around. Come out and play some time soon!!
