Salve!,
A resident of Jacksonville, I am down here in west palm for a little vacation, I have been here since Thursday and I love it, I am considering attending the Honors College here in fact, right now I am in the abacoa area in Jupiter and I wanted some tips as to what I should do around here, places to visit etc...I went to Braman motors which was nice, but their selection of MINIs left something to be desired. Any information you have about this area is wholly appreciated, thanks!
Gratia Tibi Ago!

Don't go to Braman!! They do not know what they are doing if something goes wrong with your MINI (heaven forbid). I would highly suggest that you go somewhere else for your MINI. It's a long story with mine. Sorry that that is all the info I have on WPB.

Go to Ft Lauderdale and see Crystal neagle at Lauderdale MINI, the BEST MINI dealer in South FLA.

Good luck!

Greetings!

The hot spot in West Palm Beach is City Place, downtown, on Okeechobee Blvd., east of I-95. Shops, very good restaraunts, the Kravis Fine Arts Center and Muvico 20 all in its own city within a city. Don't forget world famous Palm Beach, just across the intracoastal bridge (also on Okeechobee Blvd.), where all of the beautiful people live, eat and play. (Never saw so many Ferrari's in one place!!!).
There is also the Port Of Palm Beach for cruises. You've already been to Abacoa, which is not so hot now but comes alive during the winter/tourist season.
Check out Carlin Park on the Ocean in Jupiter, south of the historic light house, great beach and a fun spot to people watch!!

Best Regards,
Ron

BTW: I bought my MINI from Braman, after a little arm bending on my part and the service so far has been top notch. They repaired the Air Bag Light overnight on the first visit and on another visit (within 3 days of departing for North Carolina) they took me in to repair the cruise control and replace the coolant tank bottle. Both services provided me with loaner cars and the work was completed over night.
Ask for Edward Fuentes in service and make sure to ask for Ingrid, the female MINI tech that repaired our car on the second trip. I can't say anything bad about Braman at all  !!

I would also recommend City Place.
I personally haven't heard the best of things from Braman...hope they resolved that "add-on" issue....you can't leave that place with a MSRP MINI.
