Okay, so we are planning a get together August 2nd and 3rd.

Saturday we will be going to Islands of Adventure.
And we are planning on staying at the Holiday Inn across the street.

Sunday we will have a car meet out in the Holiday Inn/TGI Friday's parking lot around 10am then we could eat lunch at Friday's.

James, if you want to plan an organization dinner after Islands of Adventure that'll be cool. I think this will be a nice opportunity to talk about club issues.
The park hours for August 2 are 9am til 10pm.
I think after a day at the park some of us might want to go back to the room and get freshened up for the night life. So you might want to plan a late dinner.
