Site speed
I appreciate the additional information but to really figure out what is going on I need:
1) Time , date, and your timezone when you see the problem
2) The type of problem (site won't respond, db error, site slow, etc.)
3) Duration of the problem (how long do you see this before the site is again available)
Without time information it doesn't really shed any light on a pattern of when the issues are occurring.
Thanks
Mark

Could not connect to site
20 min
The site technically isn't down but there is something that I've not been able to identify that is making it slow to respond. What time (and timezone) are you seeing this? Also, do you receive any type of message?
The connection has timed out
The server at northamericanmotoring.com is taking too long to respond.
* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Can you tell me what time (and timezone) you received this message?

The site has been very slow for me this afternoon, timing out. I keep going back to my other work, and try refreshing once every few minutes until I get through. I'm on a high-speed connection at a large institution.
