3) Duration of the problem (how long do you see this before the site is again available)

Without time information it doesn't really shed any light on a pattern of when the issues are occurring.

The site technically isn't down but there is something that I've not been able to identify that is making it slow to respond. What time (and timezone) are you seeing this? Also, do you receive any type of message?

The connection has timed out

The server at northamericanmotoring.com is taking too long to respond.

During the week when you can't get on in the morning can you tell me at approximately what time you see this?

The site has been very slow for me this afternoon, timing out. I keep going back to my other work, and try refreshing once every few minutes until I get through. I'm on a high-speed connection at a large institution.
