Between the time I had coffee and when I had breakfast, the number of new posts dropped from 150+/- to 16. Did someone clean house, or is this the new "look"?

Are you talking about if you click the "new posts" link in the menu in the left toolbar? That's based on a cookie for your last visit of the site, so if you were inactive for a long period of time, my guess is the cookie may have reset. (total guess, because I'm not really clear what disappeared for you yet).

No posts have been removed recently though, and certainly not 100+ posts.

I was on last night and there were a whole bunch of posts, then I went to bed without shutting down this connection. Clicked new posts this morning and got 16. Guess everybody was doing something else late last night.

With that new information, here's what happened:

• You initially got a long list of new posts because you visited the site and hadn't been on NAM in a while.
• Then you went to bed
• The NAM server automatically ends your "session" after one hour of inactivity.
• You became active again on the forum in the morning, hit new posts, and the site pulled all the new posts since your session timed out.

If that happens again, you can go to "Quick Links" and then hit "Today's Posts", which will pull all the threads up from the past 24 hours.
