pasting gifs

I used to be able to copy/paste the above .gif (love it!) from my desktop.
Now I can't.

Can anyone tell me how I can save this little guy such that I can utilize him? TIA.

Add him to your gallery on NAM and then paste the url into the pic tag when you want to use him
